Our management team comprise of professional Civil Engineers and Project Managers with diverse and varied civil engineering experience. The net result is a professional team that is well versed in management of specific earthworks operations and complex civil infrastructure projects. The collective experience base ensures that the work proceeds in collaboration with adjoining trades. The technical strength of our team ensures that there are "no surprises" and that adherence with the design specifications and quality requirements is achieved. Program adherence is enhanced using the latest proprietary software programs. Our technical skills are matched with "in-the-field" knowledge from over 40 years of experience. We employ some of New Zealands' most experienced Earthworks Foreman and Site Supervisors, who work with and compliment the Engineering Team. However, engineering capability does not stop with the our Civil Engineers. Our operations include two professionally managed and run mechanical workshops which ensure the maximum optimization of our plant resources. We consider our people to be our most important asset |
